White, plain, and £32.99, this karate suit sits in the Martial Arts Uniforms part of our Sets & Uniforms range. The PC in the name is the fabric: polycotton, a blend of cotton and polyester. Some of the suits recorded against this product are that blend and some are pure cotton, so if the composition matters to you, whether for a club rule or simply because you prefer one over the other, say so when you order and we will pick from the right group. The two fabrics behave a little differently. Cotton is breathable and softens with washing, but it takes longer to dry and creases more readily. Polycotton keeps some of that breathability while drying faster and coming out of the wash flatter, which is why a lot of clubs end up in it. Both are white, which is the only colour here. Sizes are given in the usual gi format: 0/130, 1/140, 2/150 and 3/160. Four steps, with no S to XXL equivalents recorded. If you have not bought a gi sized this way before, or you are buying for someone still growing, message us before ordering rather than guessing. It is a much easier conversation than a return. Wash white cotton and polycotton on a cool cycle, on its own or with other whites, and skip the fabric softener. Do not tumble dry hot, because cotton in particular will shrink and a gi that has shrunk is hard to get back.
