These go under a boxing or bag glove, which is what the name is telling you: an inner, padded, doing the work a long cotton wrap normally does. What is not recorded is how they go on, whether you wind them or pull them on, so if that is the deciding factor for you, ask us before ordering and we will check the stock and give you a straight answer. The blend is polyamide with spandex. The spandex is the useful half, since stretch fabric holds a shape against the hand and stays there through a round instead of working loose. Polyamide takes the wear and dries quickly, which is worth having in a piece of kit that spends an hour at a time shut inside a glove. Sizes are S, M and L, in pink or red, and all six combinations are held. Hand kit is one of the few things worth measuring for rather than guessing at, so if you are unsure, tell us the glove size you normally take and we will say which of the three to start with. Boxing, kickboxing, bag rounds and pad work all ask the same thing of them. They are also an easy way to keep a second set in the bag for the evening your first set is still damp from yesterday. Wash them often. They take on more sweat than almost anything else you own, and a stale pair is nobody's idea of a good session. Cool water is plenty. Fabric softener is the thing to leave out, as it settles into stretch fibre and slows the drying right down. Air rather than heat afterwards, and they will keep their hold on your hand.
