One colour, one fabric, four sizes. There is not a great deal to weigh up with these, which is rather the point of them. The name carries no men's or women's label, so choose on size and on how you like a bottom half to sit rather than on who it is aimed at. Compression is in the name as well, and that is the fit to expect. As a base layer they go under shorts, tracksuit bottoms or a match kit; on their own they cover gym work, running and stretching. Polyamide and elastane make up the cloth. Polyamide puts up with being pulled on, worn and washed over and over, which is most of what happens to a pair of training bottoms, and it gives up its moisture at a fair rate afterwards. Elastane is the stretch, and the reason the fabric goes as far as your legs ask and then comes back to where it started. S, M, L and XL is the whole of it. Nothing sits below or above that, so if you sit at either end of a size chart, one of the other bottoms in the Leggings & Trousers section will serve you better, since several of those run wider. Within those four there is no reason to move up or down from what you normally wear. Purple is the only shade recorded, and colour is what governs the washing. Cool water, and keep them away from anything pale for the first few cycles. Skip the tumble dryer altogether; a line or an airer costs nothing and does the stretch no harm.
