A rashguard is the least glamorous thing in a kit bag and the one you notice most when it is wrong. This one is red, long-sleeved, and sits in the Rashguards part of our Tops range at £24.99. It is meant to be worn often rather than kept for best. Two fibres, polyamide and elastane. Polyamide is a smooth, hard-wearing synthetic that dries quickly once it is off you, so it is not still damp in the bag the next morning. Elastane is the stretch, and the reason the fabric returns to its own shape after being pulled about. That pairing is why rashguards tend to be made this way: something that moves with you on the mat or under a gi, and is ready again the next day. Red is the only colour recorded. Sizes are S, XL and XXL, which is a run with a hole in the middle of it, since no medium and no large are listed at present. If you usually sit in the middle of a size chart, there is nothing here for you today. Compression is in the name, so a firm fit is what to expect from any of the three. Grappling in a gi, no-gi rounds, wrestling and general mat work are what it is for, and it will sit under a hoodie on a cold walk to the gym without complaint.
